Vishay SQJ152ELP Automotive MOSFET
Vishay SQJ152ELP Automotive MOSFET features a wire-free design package that extends the MOSFET’s drain current capabilities and reduces its thermal resistance. This MOSFET implements the 40V TrenchFET® Gen IV technology and has enhanced board-level reliability. The SQJ152ELP MOSFET is AEC-Q101 qualified and offers external gullwing leads that are engineered for maximum stress relief during extremes of thermal and mechanical stress. This Vishay MOSFET is ideal for use in solid-state relays, high-side switches, motor drive controls, and other safety and convenience systems.
