ROHM Semiconductor BSS84X HZG Small Signal MOSFET
ROHM Semiconductor BSS84X HZG Small Signal MOSFET is offered in a leadless ultra-small package with an exposed drain pad for excellent thermal conduction. The BSS84X HZG Small Signal MOSFET features a -60V drain-source voltage, ±230mA continuous drain current, and 1.0W power dissipation. The BSS84X HZG is designed for switching circuits, high-side load switch, and relay driver applications.
The ROHM BSS84X HZG Small Signal MOSFET is available in a DFN1010-3W package and is AEC-Q101 qualified.
