Reguladores LDO de 500 mA TLV755P

Los reguladores de caída baja (LDO) de 500 mA TLV755P de Texas Instruments con protección contra sobrecorriente con limitación automática de corriente tiene un rendimiento ideal de corriente transitoria lineal y de carga. Las funciones incluyen un rango de voltaje de entrada de 1.44 V a 5.5 V, caída baja de 220 mV (máx.) a 500 mA (3.3 V_OUT) y un bajo I_Q de 25 µA (típico), lo que le permite a la funcionalidad minimizar la potencia en reposo. Un voltaje de salida fijo de 0.6 V a 5 V admite los voltajes centrales más bajos de los microcontroladores modernos y ofrece un costo y un tamaño de solución mínimos. El dispositivo ofrece un arranque suave interno para reducir la corriente de entrada, al proporcionar un voltaje controlado a la carga y minimizar la caída de voltaje de entrada durante el inicio. El dispositivo baja la salida de manera activa para descargar las salidas con rapidez y garantizar un estado de arranque conocido durante el apagado. El TLV755P proporciona una precisión típica del 1 % debido al amplificador de intervalo de banda y de errores, y también es estable con pequeños capacitores cerámicos de salida, lo que permite un tamaño de solución general pequeño. Otras funciones incluyen apagado térmico integrado, límite de corriente, bloqueo de baja tensión (UVLO) y un límite de corriente de alimentación interna que ayuda a reducir la disipación térmica durante eventos de cortocircuito.
