New Capacitors
TDK B3272 DC-link Film Capacitors are engineered for automotive and industrial power electronics applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance. Utilizing an advanced EPN dielectric technology, these capacitors support continuous operation at case temperatures up to +135°C with no derating required up to +105°C. The B3272 capacitors offer capacitance values from 1μF to 60μF and voltage ratings from 800VDC to 1200VDC in compact 2-pin, 4-pin, and low-profile configurations. These capacitors feature high-current capability, low losses, excellent self-healing properties, and a long operational life of up to 100,000 hours at rated voltage and +85°C. These DC-link film capacitors are AEC-Q200E qualified and are housed in a flame-retardant plastic case with epoxy sealing. The B3272 capacitors are ideal for applications like xEV traction inverters, onboard chargers, automotive DC-DC converters, industrial drives, and high-end power supplies.
