IT5 High-Speed BGA Mezzanine Connectors

Hirose Electric IT5 High-Speed (25⁺Gbps) BGA Mezzanine Connectors are designed to provide differential, single-ended, and power connections between two parallel boards. These connectors include two receptacles and one interposer and can be stackable from 14mm to 40mm in height. The IT5 connectors feature a 1000MΩ minimum insulation resistance (100V_DC), 50V_RMS voltage rating, low mating/extracting forces, and excellent reflow solderability. These connectors operate within the -55°C to 85°C temperature range and 90% maximum operating relative humidity. The IT5 connectors are used in backbone networks, servers, base transmission stations, and network switches.
