Vishay SiC43x microBUCK® Evaluation Boards

Vishay SiC43x microBUCK® Evaluation Boards are power management IC development tools for SiC43x synchronous buck regulators. The regulators are used in 5V, 12V, and 24V input rails to accommodate various applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial. SiC431 evaluation boards test 3V to 24V input, 24A microBUCK DC/DC converters. The SiC437 and SiC438 evaluation boards evaluate 3V to 28V input, 8A/12A microBUCK DC/DC converters.

    • Adjustable output voltage down to 0.6V
    • Scalable solution 8A (SiC438), 12A (SiC437), and 24A (SiC431)
    • Output voltage tracking and sequencing with pre-bias startup
    • ±1% output voltage accuracy at -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range
    • -1μA supply current at shutdown
    • -50μA operating current, non-switching
    • Four programmable switching frequencies available: 300kHz, 500kHz, 750kHz, and 1MHz
