Toshiba TPD4207F DC Brushless Motor Driver
Toshiba TPD4207F DC Brushless Motor Driver uses a high-voltage PWM control and is fabricated by a high-voltage MOSFET (600V). The device is a three-shunt resistor circuit for current sensing. The Toshiba TPD4207F contains a level shift high-side driver, low-side driver, and MOSFET outputs. Protective functions include the overcurrent circuit, shutdown function, undervoltage protection circuits, and thermal shutdown circuit. It is easy to control a DC brushless motor by just putting logic inputs from an MPU or motor controller to the TPD4207F.
Features
- High voltage power side and low voltage signal side terminal are separated
- Ideal for current sensing in three-shunt resistance
- Bootstrap circuit gives simple high-side supply
- Deadtime can be set as a minimum of 1.4μs, and it is suitable for a Sine-wave drive
- Bootstrap diodes are built-in
- 3-phase bridge output using MOSFETs
- Includes overcurrent and undervoltage protection and shutdown, and thermal shutdown
- Regulator of 7V (typ.) is built-in
- Surface-mount, 30-pin package
