Silicon Labs xG26 System-on-Chips (SoCs) & MCUs

Silicon Labs xG26 System-on-Chips (SoCs) and MCUs with 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M33 core offer robust and energy-efficient design. These SoCs and MCUs feature low active and sleep currents, AI/ML hardware accelerator, 3200kB flash, 512kB RAM, and Secure Vault™. The xG26 SoCs and MCUs also feature a 2-channel Digital-to-Analog Converter (VDAC), 8-channel Direct Memory Access (DMA) controller, and 20-channel Peripheral Reflex System (PRS). These SoCs and MCUs operate within a 1.71V to 3.8V single power supply and a -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The xG26 SoCs and MCUs are used in applications such as metering, lighting, building automation, and smart homes.
