Renesas Electronics RL78/G14 Series MCUs

Renesas Electronics RL78/G14 Series Microcontrollers (MCUs) are the high function general-purpose microcontrollers that consume low-power and are suitable for motor control, industrial, and metering applications. These MCUs balance the low level of consumption current (CPU: 66μA/MHz, standby (STOP): 240nA) and 51.2 DMIPS (32MHz) high calculation performance. The built-in high-function timer of these RL78/G14 MCUs supports three-phase motor control using three-phase complementary PWM output. The RL78/G14 series offers on-chip oscillator, data flash, A/D and D/A converters, and comparator among other circuits. These MCUs are capable of providing IEC/UL 60730 safety standards to the household appliances through built-in safety features.
