Vishay Semiconductors XFD11K XClampR® Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay Semiconductors XFD11K XClampR® Transient Voltage Suppressors are surface-mount bidirectional devices designed for high-temperature stability and high reliability. These transient voltage suppressors feature an XClampR flat clamping voltage and superior 8/20µs surge capability with low dynamic resistance. The Vishay Semiconductors XFD11K is AEC-Q101 qualified and features a 33V to 85V stand-off voltage range and a maximum junction temperature of +175°C for high-reliability and automotive requirements. These XClampR devices are ideal for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients, especially in automotive load dump applications.
