The device's planar structure and the platinum doped lifetime control ensure the best overall performance, ruggedness, and reliability characteristics. The VS-E7MH0112-M3 delivers an extremely optimized stored charge and low recovery current that minimizes the switching losses and reduces power dissipation in the switching element.
The Vishay VS-E7MH0112-M3 1A FRED Pt Hyperfast Rectifiers are intended for use in snubber, boost, lighting, as high frequency rectifiers, and freewheeling diodes.
