Vishay Semiconductors TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers in the SMPA Package offers current ratings from 3 A to 8A in a very low-profile surface-mount package with typical height of 0.95mm and have low forward voltage drop down to 0.37 V at 3 A which reduces power losses and increases efficiency. 45 V devices in the SMPA package are AEC-Q101-qualified for automotive applications, while 50 V rectifiers are ideal for smart phone and tablet chargers. The SMPD package is available in 45 V to 120 V devices with current ratings from 10 A to 60 A and offer low forward voltage drop down to 0.40 V at 15 A. Their SMPD package is footprint compatible with the D2PAK (TO-263), while offering a lower typical height of 1.7 mm.
