Vishay / Siliconix SiC46x microBUCK Evaluation Boards

Vishay / Siliconix SiC46x microBUCK Evaluation Boards are designed to evaluate 2A, 4A, and 10A synchronous buck regulators for their features and functionalities. The SiC46x boards' architecture delivers ultrafast transient response with minimum output capacitance and tight ripple regulation at very light load. These microBUCK eval boards are configured for 4.5V to 60V input, and output is model dependent. The SiC46x microBUCK regulators are wide input-voltage, high-efficiency, synchronous buck regulators with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. These boards offer Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) capability on the input rail and a user programmable soft start.
