Texas Instruments TLV351x/TLV351x-Q1 High-Speed Comparators
Texas Instruments TLV351x/TLV351x-Q1 High-Speed Comparators are 5V single-channel comparators with push-pull output. These devices offer an excellent speed-to-power ratio, with a 6ns propagation delay. The TLV351x/TLV351x-Q1 comparators also include a full supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V with a quiescent supply current of only 1mA per channel. These devices include a Power-On Reset (POR) feature. This feature ensures the output remains in a known state (LOW) until the minimum supply voltage is reached, after which it responds to the inputs. The feature prevents false outputs during system power-up and power-down. The TLV351x-Q1 comparators are AEC-Q100 automotive-qualified. The TLV351x/TLV351x-Q1 devices are ideal for telematics eCall, automotive head unit, instrument cluster, On-board (OBC), and wireless chargers.
The Texas Instruments TLV351x/TLV351x-Q1 are available in standard leaded and leadless packages. These devices feature rail-to-rail inputs, low offset voltage, and large output drive current. The features and fast response time make the comparator well-suited for current sensing, zero-cross detection, and various other applications where precision and speed are critical. The TLV351x/TLV351x-Q1 devices are specified for operation across the expanded temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
