Texas Instruments DP83867ERGZ-S SGMII PHY Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments DP83867ERGZ-S SGMII 1000M/100M/10M Ethernet PHY Evaluation Module complies with the IEEE 802.3 standard, and this reference design supports the SGMII MAC interface. Features include three onboard status LEDs, 5V connectors with onboard LDOs, and JTAG accessible. The Evaluation Module offers a 125MHz reference clock from an onboard 25MHz crystal. Features include a serial management interface and MDIO/MDC, which are supported and can be used to access PHY registers for additional features. The 4-level straps eliminate access to PHY registers by allowing system configurations directly. Further system evaluation can be explored through external power supplies connected to each specified voltage rail. Additional features include Start of Frame Detect IEEE 1588 Time Stamp, configurable I/O voltages, and Wake-on-LAN support.
