TDK B82722V6 HV Common-Mode Chokes

TDK B82722V6 High-Voltage Common-Mode Chokes are compact, high-voltage, current-compensated ring-core double chokes. Built for rated DC voltages up to 1250VDC, these chokes effectively suppress EMI in next-generation applications, including industrial motor drives, switch-mode supplies, and power converters. These chokes offer nominal inductance values ranging from 3.3mH to 22mH, rated currents between 0.85A and 3A, and a rated ambient temperature of +70°C. Robust electrical isolation is assured due to the multilayer solid insulation construction and testing with voltages of 3750V. Due to the unique automated winding technique, these chokes feature high resonance frequency characteristics and a typical stray inductance of around 0.6%, suppressing symmetrical interference. 

The epoxy coating of the ferrite core and the plastic header comply with UL 94V-0. The design of the B82722V6 from TDK fulfills the latest IEC 60938-2 and IEC/UL 60939-3 safety requirements for EMI chokes and filters. Ideal for wave soldering and available in a compact vertical design, the B82722V6 series enables users to implement 1250VDC high-voltage architectures without increasing PCB footprint.
