STMicroelectronics TN3050H 30A-1200V Automotive Grade SCR Thyristors
STMicroelectronics TN3050H 30A-1200V Automotive Grade SCR Thyristors are designed for applications like automotive and stationary battery chargers. These SCR Thyristors are rated for 30A RMS power switching and offer superior performances in peak voltage robustness up to 1400V. The TN3050H can handle surge current up to a 300A sine wave pulse.
The Thyristors' key features allow for the design of functions like a 42A RMS AC switch (dual back-to-back SCRs) and a 38A AC/DC controlled rectifier bridge. The TN3050H are housed in a D²PAK package and are ideal for compact SMD designs on surface mount boards or insulated metal substrate boards.
