STMicroelectronics EVALSTGAP2SAC Demonstration Board

STMicroelectronics EVALSTGAP2SAC Demonstration Board is designed to evaluate the STGAP2SAC automotive-grade isolated single-gate driver. The EVALSTGAP2SAC board facilitates an extensive evaluation of the features and performance of the STGAP2SAC while driving a half-bridge power stage with a voltage rating up to 1200V in a TO-220 or TO-247 package. The gate driver offers a 4A current capability and rail-to-rail outputs, making it suitable for high-power inverter applications, such as motor drivers in industrial applications equipped with MOSFET/IGBT power switches.

The STMicro EVALSTGAP2SAC Board enables easy selection and modification of the values of relevant external components, allowing for driver performance evaluation under various application conditions and fine-tuning of the final application’s components.
