STMicroelectronics TSU11x Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSU11x Operational Amplifiers feature very low-power 900nA consumption per channel typical and 1.2µA maximum when supplied by 3.3V. The Op-Amps have a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V and power can be efficiently supplied by a coin type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications. The high accuracy of 150µV max. and 11.5kHz gain bandwidth makes the TSU111, TSU112, and TSU114 ideal for sensor signal conditioning, battery supplies, and portable applications.
