SparkFun DEV-14484 gator:bit & DEV-15162 gator:bit v2.0
SparkFun gator:bit All-in-One Carrier Boards are for micro:bit and provide a fully functional development and prototyping platform. The DEV-14484 offers two ways of powering, either from the JST battery terminal or the alligator clip pads labeled VIN. This gator:bit comes with a micro:bit card edge connector, a built-in buzzer, and five built-in addressable LEDs. The gator:bit is an exploratory development board for micro:bit allowing the easiest access for educators, beginners, and pro-makers without any external hardware.
The SparkFun DEV-15162 gator:bit v2.0 comes equipped with five addressable LEDs, a built-in buzzer (speaker), and a power management system that gives access to 3.3V and 5V. The DEV-15162 gator:bit v2.0 offers three ways to power either from the barrel jack, the alligator clippable pads labeled VIN, or through the micro:bit itself.
