Qorvo QPK1522 Multi-Channel GaN Drain Controller is a high-speed drain-bias controller that provides efficient drain switching, sequencing, and protection for multiple GaN power amplifiers (PAs) and low noise amplifiers (LNAs). When combined with the QPK1520 gate controller and QPK1521 SPDT driver, this forms a fully integrated bias-control solution that synchronizes drain biasing with gate control and RF switching. This Qorvo coordinated chipset enables fast, safe bias sequencing, automated IDQ calibration, and reliable high-speed operation in demanding phased array and radar systems, while reducing system complexity and enabling scalable multi-channel front-end architectures.
