Qorvo QPA2640T 8W GaN Power Amplifier is a wideband power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's QGaN15 GaN on SiC process, mounted to a high thermal conductivity tab. The QPA2640T operates from 20 to 40GHz, providing 8W of saturated power. QPA2640T is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance with electrical specifications.
