Nuvoton M453 CAN Series 32-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs)
Nuvoton NuMicro® M453 CAN Series 32-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) are embedded with the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with DSP and FPU. These MCUs provide a 22.1184MHz internal oscillator (1% accuracy at 25°C, 5V), data Flash configurable, and high immunity (8kV ESD, 4kV EFT). The M453 CAN series MCUs feature 256KB Flash memory, 32KB SRAM, 12-bit ADC (up to 16 channels), 12-bit DAC, and 16-bit PWM (up to 12 channels). These MCUs include up to five UARTs, up to three SPIs, and up to two I2S interfaces. The M453 CAN series MCUs are used in industrial automation, PLCs, inverters, home automation, USB accessories, motor control, and smart card reader applications.Features
