Nexperia BC5xPAS-Q 1A Medium Power PNP Transistors

Nexperia BC5xPAS-Q 1A Medium Power PNP Transistors are encapsulated in an ultra-thin DFN2020D-3 (SOT1061D) leadless small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. These Nxperia transistors are designed for high collector current capability, with the BC51PAS-Q offering a collector-emitter voltage (V_CEO) of -45V, the BC52PAS-Q at -60V, and the BC53PAST-Q at -80V. The devices feature exposed heat sinks for excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, suitable for linear voltage regulators, battery-driven devices, MOSFET drivers, high-side switches, power management, and amplifiers. Additionally, these transistors are qualified according to AEC-Q101 standards, ensuring reliability in automotive applications. The compact design reduces PCB area requirements and supports Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) of solder joints.
