Nexperia BATxxGW Schottky Barrier Diodes

Nexperia BATxxGW Schottky Barrier Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and designed with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. The planar Schottky barrier diodes are encapsulated in a SOD123 small SMD plastic package. These BATxxGW Schottky diodes come in two types BAT46GW and BAT54GW. The BAT46GW is designed for high-speed switching, while the BAT54GW is designed for ultra-high speed switching. These diodes also consist of two variants BATxxGWJ and BATxxGWX which feature low capacitance and a small SMD plastic package. Typical applications include line termination and automotive applications.
