Littelfuse SP1020 TVS Diode Array
Littelfuse SP1020 TVS Diode Array features back-to-back Zener diodes fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. The back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present. This bidirectional discrete TVS device protects electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The robust diode safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The SP1020 module offers 20pF capacitance. The Littelfuse SP1020 is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free with a tiny 01005 footprint.
