Littelfuse SLVU2.8 & SLVU2.8-4 TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SLVU2.8 and SLVU2.8-4 TVS Diode Arrays provide a compensating diode in series or parallel with each low-voltage TVS. This feature presents a low loading capacitance to the line being protected for the SLVU2.8-4 variant. For the SLVU2.8 array, it protects one unidirectional line or a high-speed data pair when two devices are paired together. These arrays are designed to protect low voltage, CMOS devices from ESD and lightning-induced transients. They safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge) per IEC61000-4-2 standard and can safely dissipate up to 40A (IEC61000-4-5, tp=8/20µs) with very low clamping voltages.
