Littelfuse 5kW 5KP Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients caused by lightning and other transient voltage events. These diodes offer 5kW peak pulse capability at 10µs x 1000µs waveform. Littelfuse 5kW 5KP Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes are axial leaded, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. The diodes are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, Vcc bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
