IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1705Y Solid State Relay
IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1705Y Solid State Relay (SSR) is a DC-switching, normally closed solid state relay. This relay is built with optically coupled MOSFET technology and provides 2500Vrms input to output isolation. The CPC1705Y relay output is constructed with an efficient MOSFET switch that utilizes OptoMOS architecture. This relay is provided in IXYS IC division's Power Single In-line Package (Power SIP) to minimize the printed circuit board space. The CPC1705Y relay offers 3.25ADC load current, 60V blocking voltage, and 90mΩ maximum on-resistance.
