IXYS CLA15E1200NPx High-Efficiency Thyristors
IXYS CLA15E1200NPx High-Efficiency Thyristors offer two quadrants of operation (QI and QII) with two usable gate polarities. CLA15E1200NPx thyristors feature a planar passivated chip and long-term stability in industry-standard TO-220AB and TO-263AB (D2Pak) package styles. Applications include soft-start AC motor control, DC motor control, AC power control, lighting/temperature control, power converters, and line rectification at 50/60Hz.
