Infineon Technologies EVAL-IHW65R62EDS06J Evaluation Board is based on the 650V reverse conducting R6 IGBTs. The evaluation board is offered in a half-bridge configuration with two 650V R6 IGBTs and one half-bridge gate driver IC.
The Infineon EVAL-IHW65R62EDS06J Evaluation Board is suited for double-pulse testing and continuous operation mode. The assembled gate resistors are designated for use with IHW40N65R6 and a gate supply of up to 20V in the IGBT on-state.
