Infineon Technologies CY15FRAMKIT-001 Serial F-RAM Development Kit

Infineon Technologies CY15FRAMKIT-001 is an easy-to-use and inexpensive F-RAM development kit for Infineon's high-performance, high-reliability, and energy-efficient serial F-RAM devices. It features two wide operating voltage serial F-RAM devices: a 256Kbit SPI F-RAM and a 256Kbit I2C F-RAM with an option to operate at either 3.3V or 5.0V supply. Stackable connectors are Arduino compatible and allow other Arduino shields to be connected.

  • 256K-bit (32K x 8), up to 1MHz, I2C F-RAM: FM24W256 (U2)
  • 3.3V or 5.0V VDD power supply (J5)
  • Power status LED (LED1)
  • I2C slave address selection (SW1)
  • Arduino compatible I/O headers (J1, J2, J3, J4)
  • Debug headers for SPI (J6) and I2C ( J7)
