Diodes Incorporated LSF0204x Level Translators

Diodes Incorporated LSF0204x Level Translators are 4-channel bi-directional multi-voltage level translators with external pull-up resistors for setting driving currents in push-pull and open-drain applications. These devices are universal-level translators with an A port operating from 0.8V to 4.5V (Vref_A) and a B port from 1.8V to 5.5V (Vref_B). The LSF0204x level translators are activated using the EN pin. When the EN pin is HIGH, the translator switch is ON, and when the pin is LOW, the switch is OFF.

The LSF0204x level translators feature a 128mA continuous channel current, a -0.5V to 6V supply reference voltage range, and a -50mA input clamp current (VI<0). These level translators are used in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), HEV/EV battery management systems, telecom infrastructures, and PMBus™, SMBus™, and I2C interfaces.
