Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated TMCM-1617 Miniaturized Servo Drive
Analog Devices Inc. TMCM-1617 Miniaturized Servo Drive is a low-weight, single-axis servo driver for 3-phase BLDC (Brushless DC) motors with up to 18A RMS motor current and a +24V supply. The TMCM-1617 includes CAN, RS485, and EtherCAT® communication interfaces and supports incremental encoders and digital hall sensors as position feedback.
The ADI TMCM-1617 is offered in three variants:
- TMCM-1617-TMCL: Based on TMCL™ (ADI Motion Control Language) firmware with remote (direct mode) and stand-alone operation; Fully supported by the TMCL-IDE PC-based integrated development environment
- TMCM-1617-CANOPEN: Based on CANopen firmware with CANopen standard protocol stack for the CAN interface
- TMCM-1617-COE: Based on CANopen-over-EtherCAT (COE) firmware with DS402 standard protocol stack
