Analog Devices Inc. LTM4622/LTM4623 Ultrathin Step-Down DC/DC μModule Regulators operate over an input voltage range up to 20V with an external bias supply. The LTM4622/LTM4623 supports an output voltage range of up to 5.5V, set by a single external resistor. A 2.5A/3A continuous output current is delivered by the high-efficiency design, requiring only a few ceramic input and output capacitors. 

Supply rail sequencing is supported by selectable Burst Mode® operation or discontinuous mode and output voltage tracking. A very fast transient response to line and load changes enable the high switching frequency and current mode control to operate without sacrificing stability. The LTM4622/LTM4623 from Analog Devices Inc. includes fault protection features like input overvoltage, output overcurrent, and overtemperature protection. The μModule regulators are available with SnPb (BGA) or RoHS compliant terminal finish.
