Analog Devices Inc. LT8316 Demo Board DC2793A

Analog Devices LT8316 Demo Board DC2793A is an evaluation board featuring a high VIN no-opto synchronous flyback converter example circuit based on the LT8316 600VIN Isolated Flyback Controller. The DC2793A outputs 5V and maintains tight regulation with a load current from 70mA to 7A. The evaluation board is optimized to operate over a wide 140V to 450V DC input voltage range. Output voltage accuracy stays within ±5% over the entire input voltage and load range. A secondary side LT8309 Synchronous Rectifier Driver is also on-board to sense the synchronous MOSFET drain-to-source voltage and determine its turn-on period. The standby mode of the LT8316 can be easily enabled and disabled by jumper settings, reducing the minimum switching frequency to 220Hz for ultra-low quiescent power consumption.
