ams OSRAM SFH 7061 Optical Force & Proximity Sensor Module
ams OSRAM SFH 7061 Optical Force and Proximity Sensor Module features an integrated 940nm IR emitter and photodiode in a 1.8mm x 1mm x 0.5mm package. This module is designed to withstand 2kV ESD according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2).
