Littelfuse P-0FNL 3kA SIDACtor Protection Thyristors
Littelfuse P-0FNL 3kA SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors come in a TO-262M package and are bidirectional, high surge current protection thyristor devices. They are designed to be used in series with clamping devices such as varistors or TVS diodes for protecting AC power input lines. Applications include outdoor LED lighting, CATV networks, power supplies, and inverters. Littelfuse P-0FNL components feature a 3kA 8/20 surge rating. Littelfuse P-0FNL 3kA SIDACtor thyristors exhibit a low offshoot voltage and low on-state voltage with a fast response time. The P-0FNL series is automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
