Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-IM523 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-IM523 Evaluation Board is a complete power stage powered by the CIPOS™ Mini 600V, 17A IM523-X6A Intelligent Power Module (IPM). The Infineon EVAL-M1-IM523 board is also equipped with a MADK™ M1 20-pin interface connector with the matching iMOTION™ MADK control boards. Using it in systems with a mains voltage of 100VAC to 230VAC and an inverter board output power of up to 900W with active cooling is recommended.

  • 160mm × 115mm PCB, two layers with 1oz. copper
