Infineon Technologies EVAL_71x_100V_GANC Half-Bridge Evaluation Boards

Infineon Technologies EVAL_71x_100V_GANC Half-Bridge Evaluation Boards evaluate the IGC033S10S1 CoolGaN™ transistor 100V G3 with the dedicated TDI EiceDRIVER™ gate driver. These EVAL_7126G_100V_GANC and EVAL_7136U_100V_GANC boards include an optimized layout for a hard-switching half-bridge and waveform measurement points. The boards are preconfigured as a buck or boost converter and can be reconfigured for a double-pulse test or half-bridge topology with external connections. These evaluation boards operate from a 48V to 100V input voltage range and deliver 25A output current. Typical applications include audio amplifiers, low-power BDC/BLDC motor drives up to 72V, photovoltaic, and telecommunication infrastructure.
