Infineon Technologies EVAL-6ED2742S01QM1 Evaluation Kit
Infineon Technologies EVAL-6ED2742S01QM1 Evaluation Kit for Battery-Powered Applications (BPA) consists of a three-phase inverter power board with the 160V-rated 6ED2742S01Q (in 5mm x 5mm QFN-32 package) three-phase gate driver. The 6ED2742S01Q drives six 150V-rated OptiMOS™ MOSFETs BSC074N15NS5 (in a 5mm x 6mm super SO8 package). The power board has an M1 connector to interface with the iMotion™ Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) control card (EVAL-M1-101T). This control card is powered by an IMC101T-T038 iMOTION Motor Control IC featuring an advanced Motor Control Engine (MCE) that enables state-of-the-art Sensorless Field Oriented Control (FOC) without coding. IMC101T-T038 is a part of the iMOTION IMC100 series, the next generation of well-established iMOTION motor control IC platform dedicated to field-oriented control of PMSM (BLDC) motors. The evaluation kit comes with the EVAL-6ED2742S01QM1 and the EVAL-M1-101T, including a USB connector to interface with a laptop utilizing MCE Designer software.Features
