Infineon Technologies BGSA143GL10 Low Resistance Antenna Tuning Switch is a small, versatile single-pole, quad-throw (SP4T) RF switch optimized for low C_OFF. The device provides low R_ON, making it ideal for applications up to 6GHz. The GPIO digital control lines offer the option of SP4T, SPDT, and SPST topology for optimum flexibility in RF front-end designs. The single supply chip features on-chip CMOS logic control and can be driven by 2 or 3 CMOS, or TTL-compatible control input signals.
