XC8110/XC8111 Load Switch ICs

Torex Semiconductor XC8110/XC8111 Load Switch ICs reproduce ideal diodes and are equipped with chip enable (CE), over-current limit, inrush current limit, and thermal shutdown. These ICs perform regulation control to ensure that the V_OUT pin voltage is a value of V_IN - 20mV, so the device can suppress heat generation to a greater extent than general diodes.
