ASFETs are full automotive qualified to AEC-Q101 and offer high robustness, reliability, and LFPAK copper clip package technology. Nexperia ASFETs for Repetitive Avalanche are ideal for 12V, 24V, and 48V automotive systems, repetitive avalanche topologies, and engine control applications.
