ROHM Semiconductor BU7232YFVM-C Dual Comparators are rail-to-rail input, push-pull output, dual comparators. The devices have a wide operating temperature range. The BU7232YFVM-C features a low operating supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V, low supply current, and extremely low input bias current.
