A1225/A1227/A1229 Hall-Effect Sensor ICs
Allegro MicroSystems A1225/A1227/A1229 Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are temperature-stable devices designed for operation over extended temperature ranges up to 150°C. These sensor ICs feature superior high-temperature performance assisted by a novel Schmitt-trigger circuit that maintains operate and release point symmetry. The Schmitt trigger achieves this by compensating for temperature changes in the Hall element. The Hall-effect sensor ICs feature reverse battery protection and an open-drain 25mA output. These sensor ICs come with an onboard regulator that allows operation with supply voltages of 3.8V to 24V. The Hall-effect sensor ICs operate within the –40°C to 150°C ambient temperature range and are compact and resistant to physical stress.
