ZXCT1009 High-Side Current Monitors

Diodes Inc. ZXCT1009 High-Side Current Monitors are compact, low-power devices that accurately measure load current without interrupting the system ground path. By sensing the voltage across an external shunt resistor on the high side of the supply rail, the ZXCT1009 converts the measured current into a proportional output current, which can be scaled to a ground-referenced voltage using a user-selected output resistor. Operating from supply voltages ranging from 2.5V to 20V, the device supports sense voltages up to 2.5V and delivers a typical accuracy of 1%. These features make the current monitors an efficient solution for precision current monitoring applications. The ultra-low 4µA quiescent current and small SOT23 or SM8 package options make the components suitable for portable and space-constrained designs.
