STSID140-12 SMD Isolated Thyristor Driver

STMicroelectronics STSID140-12 Surface-Mount (SMD) Isolated Thyristor Driver is designed to provide robust and efficient triggering for power thyristors in industrial and consumer applications. The STMicroelectronics STSID140-12 features galvanic isolation between input and output, ensuring safe and reliable operation in high-voltage environments. With a maximum output current of 55mA and a wide operating temperature range from -30°C to +125°C, the driver supports precise and consistent gate control. Housed in a compact DFN-8 package, the device integrates protection features such as undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown, enhancing system reliability.
