Diodes Incorporated AP62200x Evaluation Boards
Diodes Incorporated AP62200x Evaluation Boards evaluate the AP62200x 2A synchronous DC/DC buck converters. These converters feature a 90mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 65mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC/DC conversion. The AP62200x evaluation boards operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. These evaluation boards function at 4.2V to 18V input voltage range and 5V output voltage. The AP62200x evaluation boards are ideal for use in flat-screen TV sets and monitors, set-top boxes, consumer electronics, network systems, and general purposes.
