Qorvo Gain Block Amplifiers for Sub-6GHz 5G are a wide selection of general-purpose, internally matched MMIC amplifiers. The amplifiers are targeted for many applications in network infrastructure and defense/aerospace. These components showcase the wide range of performance capabilities using Qorvo's processes. Qorvo Gain Block Amplifiers for Sub-6GHz 5G are internally matched and offer various gain and linearity levels in a variety of package types.

TQP3M9018 & TQP3M9019 High Linearity LNAs

Qorvo TQP3M9018 and TQP3M9019 High Linearity Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) are cascadable gain block amplifiers in a compact, surface-mount package. These devices feature high gain across a broad range of frequencies while also providing very low noise. This allows them to be used in both receiver and transmitter chains for high performance systems. The TQP3M9018 and TQP3M9019 are internally matched using a high performance E-pHEMT process and only requires an external RF choke and blocking / bypass capacitors for operation from a single +5V supply. The internal active bias circuit also enables stable operation over bias and temperature variations.

TQP3M90xx High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers

Qorvo TQP3M90xx High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers have the benefit of having high linearity and low noise figure to allow them to be used in both receiver and transmitter chains for high performance systems. These High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers are internally matched using a high performance E-pHEMT process and only requires an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors for operation from a single 5V supply. The Qorvo TQP3M90xx devices also feature an internal active bias circuit which enables stable operation over bias and temperature variations.
